Franklin, Indiana
Home of the Spiders
Webb Elementary School serves more than 280 students from Grades K-4. One of five elementary schools in the Franklin Community Schools system, we offer a broad and comprehensive understanding of knowledge and skills based on the Indiana Academic State Standards. These standards provide the master plan for learning.
Students receive a balance of learning experiences in the academic areas of English language arts, mathematics, social studies and citizenship, visual arts and music, health and wellness and physical education, adapted as necessary.
They also learn to use technology to solve problems related to home, school, community and workplace; and develop skills useful in performing individual and family responsibilities - preparing them for success in middle school.

Welcome to Webb Elementary, where our staff and students live out our motto every day to Work Hard, Encourage Others, Be Safe and Be Positive.
I am excited to start the 2024-2025 school year as Principal of Webb Elementary. This is my second year in this role, having served as an elementary teacher, high school teacher, and instructional coach over the past thirteen years.
Webb Elementary serves more than 280 students from kindergarten through 4th grade, as well as three full Cub Academy preschool classrooms. At Webb, every Spider is family. We serve students with all needs through our general education classrooms, special education programming, Title 1 services for response to intervention, high ability curriculum, and a sensory room overseen by a behavior interventionist. In addition, Webb has an amazing staff of classroom teachers, instructional assistants, a full-time counselor, a Title 1 intervention teacher, a Literacy Coach, and special education teachers to ensure that our students get the best learning experience possible.
Webb is a great place to learn and grow. Please give us a call or schedule a time to stop by and visit if you’d like more information about our school.

I have been a school counselor for 24 years and I absolutely love my job. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Taylor University and a Master's in School Counseling from Butler University. I have worked in three school districts and seven elementary schools, with one 13-year pause to be a mom at home.
My husband and I have four adult sons and two rescued fox terriers who keep us on our toes! We enjoy biking, hiking, a little pickleball, Artcraft popcorn and traveling to National Parks. We both love the Franklin schools and community, and enjoy being out and about, participating in all they have to offer. We hope you stop us to say "hello"!
I appreciate my role on the Webb team, as a support for students, families and staff. My focus is on the healthy development of our students in the areas of academics, college and career readiness, and interpersonal and self-management skills. I also help address student needs, to allow them to be optimally available to learn. I love building relationships with our families, and seeing students grow into happy, kind and successful citizens. I work closely with parents - my door is always open!
