MattSprout is the Executive Director of Technology at Franklin Community Schools and has always focused on technology within the educational arena.
In 1995, he received his Bachelor's degree at Purdue University of Indianapolis with a major in computer technology. While determined to improve education through the use of technology, Matt makes no apologies that the successes he has experienced have come from teamwork and collaboration.
Through his servant leadership style, Matt works to empower those he supports and works to create a robust learning environment.
As a Six Sigma Green Belt, he leads district projects through a systemic process.
